Jim Jordan and his gaggle of Congressional republicans are mobilizing once more to supplement former President Trump’s legal defense. What began with a field trip to New York City to shame District Attorney Alvin Bragg following Trump’s first indictment quickly turned into a coordinated effort to go after Special Counsel Jack Smith’s funding. Now, House Republicans are setting their sights on DA Fani Willis after Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan announced an investigation into her office. It would be surprising if it wasn’t so utterly predictable. House Republicans feel no shame, so we’ve taken the time to collect the mugshots of the people they are pouring taxpayer funding to defend.
