WASHINGTON, DC – Despite last week’s devastating take-down of their thoroughly discredited witnesses, House Republicans are pushing forward with their “Insurrection Protection Committee” farce. It’s clear that MAGA Republicans will use any platform they’re given to peddle conspiracy theories and lies to Americans for political and personal profit. The media should not treat this show as anything other than a dangerous grift.
“Now it’s the Insurrection Protection Committee’s turn to continue this total embarrassment — not only did their GOP colleagues in Oversight admit they wanted to put non-consensual nude photos of a private citizen on a platform where children could see them, the testimony actually proved the opposite of House Republicans’ goal — that it was actually the Trump team attempting to improperly work the refs.”

Their supposed whistleblowers are already being exposed as extremist MAGA liars, including some who were involved in the January 6th Trump insurrection. Nothing they say today should be trusted.”
