WASHINGTON, DC – Just days after legal analyst Glenn Kirschner pointed out that Rep. Jim Jordan might be violating NY state law by attempting to obstruct governmental administration, DA Alvin Bragg announced he is suing Jordan to block him from interfering in the prosecution of 34 counts of business fraud against Donald Trump.

“Jim Jordan has spent a good portion of his career covering up crimes – and the only thing different about his tenure in Congress is that this time he might be held accountable for it,” said Facts First USA President David Brock. “We knew that Jordan’s bogus ‘weaponization’ committee was always just a smokescreen to protect insurrectionists and their leader. The American people deserve actual oversight from people genuinely interested in governing — these goons don’t care about anything but saving their own skins.”
